The majority of our existing clients use our Managed IT Service, paying a flat monthly fee for a pro-active IT support service that covers their support requirements.

IT Support Contracts

We provide two types of support contracts depending on the types of networks you have.

A Discount Hourly Rate Contract is designed for peer to peer networks that do not have a server implemented while a Managed IT Service is designed specifically for business that wish to own or already own a server.

Rather than paying Ad-Hoc, the most expensive per job, we have introduced a way of paying for a bulk amount of hours based on a year contract, split into monthly payments. This firstly reduces the amount charged per hour and also introduces a response time for all issues.  

 

We have four types of contracts based on the size of hours you wish to purchase, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large.

Managed IT Service

There are 3 different levels of service plans available; Monitoring Services, Remote Support and Onsite Engineer Support.

Managed Services means that your IT service provider is continuously monitoring the health of your infrastructure and managing growth by providing:
